Digital stamp cards for cafés, salons and shops — with a physical NFC card customers keep in their wallet. One tap to join, one tap to stamp.
This is the whole product in one motion. Staff stamp the card on their phone, it lands on the customer's, and the owner's dashboard moves — in that order, every time.
No app store needed to start. No account to create before you can hold something in your hand.
You'll find them at the counter or reception, free to take.
Hold the card to the top of your phone. The app opens and asks you once. From then on nobody else can claim it.
Staff hold your card to their phone and your stamp lands on your account, not on the card. Lost it? Block it from your card's page and pick up a new one. Every stamp stays.
The card is an identifier, not a wallet. Losing it costs the customer nothing.
Put blank cards on your counter and your tables. A customer taps one on their phone and it opens straight to a single question — do you want this card? They say yes, and it is theirs forever, with a welcome stamp already on it.
No queue at the till. No staff member typing a phone number. No app store detour before they have anything to show for it.
Staff hold the customer's card to their phone. The tap only identifies — it never stamps anything by itself. Your team then confirms the stamp deliberately, and sees exactly what is about to happen before it happens.
If they get it wrong, they reverse it on the spot with a reason attached. The original record is never edited; the correction sits beside it, and both stay readable.
Every loyalty scheme lives or dies on this. A customer who is stamped twice costs you money quietly; a customer whose stamp vanishes tells their friends. So the counting was built first, and everything else was built on top of it.
Stamps, rewards and corrections are appended to a permanent record. A reversal is a new entry that points at the old one — and a stamp can only ever be reversed once.
A reconciliation job re-adds every entry and compares it against every card balance. If the two ever disagree, the build fails before the change can reach anyone.
A card can't be retired while people still hold stamps on it. You wait it out, move the stamps across with an audit trail, or hand over the reward now — and the customer is told either way.
Not a wall of charts. The four numbers that tell you whether this is working, and one honest question underneath them.
The hardest question an owner can ask about a rewards scheme, asked plainly and answered from the record rather than from a feeling.
Visits and rewards given are counted from the ledger — those are facts. Anything resting on your average spend is labelled an estimate, because it is one. The page says which is which, every time.
You design the card your customers carry — how many stamps, what they earn, which icon, which colours. The preview updates as you type.
Thirteen ready-made card finishes, or type your own two colours straight from your brand guide. Either way the card keeps its metallic depth and its slow sheen.
And because a beautiful colour that nobody can read is a bad card, the builder checks your choice as you make it — and tells you plainly when the stamps, the ribbon or the card name would be hard to see.
Stamp Points is built and running, and is currently in limited testing with a small number of venues. It is not yet on the App Store or Google Play, and there is no public sign-up. If it looks like a fit for your venue, tell us about it and we'll take it from there.
Two minutes is all it takes. Tell us what you'd reward and how many stamps feels right, and we'll show you what your card would look like.
